Soya Meat Noodles Recipe Soya Meat Noodles is one of the delightful recipes for vegetarians. Ingredients: Soya Meat – 45g Salt – 02 tsp Chili Powder – 02 tsp Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp Coconut Oil – 03 tbsp Ginger – 1” piece Garlic Cloves – 05 Curry Leaves Green Chilies – 02 Big Onion – 01 Pepper Powder – ½ tsp Chili Flakes – 01 tsp Water – ½ cup Instant Noodles – 75g How to cook: Soak soya meat in boiling hot water. After a while filter water and squeeze soya meat to remove excess water. Add salt, chili powder and turmeric powder to soya meat, mix all together and deep fry those soya meats. Get fried soya meat out of oil and to the same oil add chopped ginger and garlic. After that add curry leaves and green chilies. Now add sliced onions. Then add turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, chili flakes and salt as per taste. After that add fried soya meat. Add water and cook around 3-4 minutes. Finally add instant noodles.
