Potato Cheesecake Recipe

  • Eggs – 01
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Fresh Milk – 60ml
  • All-purpose Flour – 35g
  • Baking Powder – 01g
  • Yellow Potatoes – 500g
  • Cheese Slices – 85g
  • Grated Mozzarella / Cheddar Cheese – 03 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs – 01 tbsp
  • Bacon – 80g

How to cook:

  • First peel off potatoes and wash them well.
  • Slice all potatoes into thin slices and wipe them a bit with a kitchen towel to get rid of excess water.
  • In a separate big bowl, mix eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk together.
  • Then add flour and baking powder.
  • Add sliced potatoes into this egg mixture and combine well until all potato slices coat with the mixture.
  • After that, transfer half of the potatoes to a greased baking pan and smooth the surface.
  • Then put cheese slices and bacon and cover them with rest of the potato mixture.
  • Add grated cheese and breadcrumbs to the top and bake the cake around 50mins under 170C in a pre-heated oven.
  • Enjoy hot for a better taste.
