Cheesy Bread Pockets Recipe

Cheesy bread pockets are a delightful, savory treat perfect for any occasion. Simple to prepare and customizable with various cheeses and stuffing, these cheesy bread pockets are sure to become a favorite in your culinary repertoire.


  • Cooking Oil – 02 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion – 01
  • Chopped Carrot – 01
  • Chopped Green Chilies – 01 – 02
  • Leeks – 01 Leave
  • Red Chili Powder – 01 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Water – 01 cup
  • Instant Noodle – 01 packet
  • Shredded Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese – 100g
  • Chopped Garlic – 02 Cloves
  • All-purpose Flour – 01 tbsp
  • Water – 01 – 02 tbsp
  • White Bread Slices – 10 – 12
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

How to cook:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic into this.
  • When garlic becomes brown color, add onions and sauté around 01 min.
  • Then add chopped carrots and green chilies.
  • After that, add chili powder, salt, and pepper as per your taste.
  • Add water, flavor packet and noodles and mix well. Adding the flavor packet is optional here.
  • Then add leeks and cook until all water evaporates.
  • When all water evaporates, turn off the flame, let this cool a bit and then add cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour and water together. We use this flour mixture later to stick bread slices.
  • Cut crusts from all bread slices and make them flat by using a rolling pin. Make them thin and tight as much as possible then they won’t absorb lots of oil.
  • Put stuffing on one bread slice, place the other slice on top and seal the edges by using the flour paste we made earlier.
  • Deep fry these bread pockets until golden brown.
