One Pot Egg Rice

This one pot rice cooker egg rice is a great recipe for you to save money and time.

Ingredients:

  • Washed Rice – 350g
  • Eggs – 04
  • Coconut Oil – 02 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 01” piece
  • Cloves – 02
  • Cardamom – 02
  • Pandan Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chopped Ginger – 01” piece
  • Chopped Garlic – 04-05 cloves
  • Big Onion – 01
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Cabbage
  • Chili Powder – 01 tsp
  • Curry Powder – 01 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Green Chilies – 02
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water
  • How to cook:

  • Heat oil in the rice cooker pan and put cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom into it.
  • Add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Add curry leaves and pandan leaves.
  • Add onions.
  • Add all vegetables. Stir all vegetables and cook around 2-3 mins.
  • Add turmeric powder, curry powder, chili powder, pepper powder and salt as per your taste. Combine all and cook more around 2-3 mins.
  • Add washed rice into this.
  • Add water, green chilies and cook the rice in the rice cooker.
  • When the water in the rice cooker is boiling add eggs one by one. Don’t mix the rice after adding eggs.
  • When the rice is ready you can see that eggs are also well boiled.
