Noodles Kottu Recipe
Kottu is a very famous food in Sri Lanka. Most of the time Kottu is eaten for dinner. Out of many varieties of making Kottu, Noodles Kottu is another tasty way.
Ingredients:
Method:
- Boil noodles & filter excess water.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger garlic, cinnamon & cloves.
- Let them sauté around 02 mins & then add sliced onions, tomatoes, green chilies and curry leaves.
- After that add all vegetables.
- Then add salt, pepper powder and chili pieces.
- Now we need to add eggs to the same mixture.
- Then add cooked chicken pieces.
- Finally mix boiled noodles with the mixture. While mixing noodles add some chicken gravy too. Then this Kottu will be so tasty.
