Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs

Are you fed up with eating chicken in the same way? Here is a great recipe for you to try out. This goes very well with fried rice and noodles.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken Thighs – 500g
  • Olive Oil – 03 tbsp
  • Honey – 03 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 02 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 03 tbsp
  • Chili Pieces – 03 tsp
  • Sugar – 02 tbsp
  • Ground Cinnamon – 01 tsp
  • Medium Onion – 01
  • Corn Flour – 02 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Spring Onion
  • How to cook:

  • Cut chicken thighs into to medium size pieces and put into a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, chili pieces, sugar, cinnamon powder, chopped onions, corn flour, pepper powder and salt as per your taste and give it a good mix with chicken.
  • Let this chicken mixture marinate in the fridge around 2-3 hours.
  • Line in a baking tray with an aluminum foil or a non-stick baking tray and put the chicken mixture into this and spread it out into a single layer.
  • Bake this around 25-30 mins under 200C.
  • After baking this around 30 mins you can enjoy it. If you want it to be little bit darker, turn chicken pieces upside down and bake again around 10 more mins.
  • Sprinkle some chopped spring onion to make your dish look nice.
