Healthy Garlic Rice Recipe

This healthy garlic rice is full of garlicky , buttery and so delicious and you can eat it plain. If you make this rice one time, that will surely be your everyday meal.


  • Butter / Margarine – 03 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic – 15 cloves
  • Chopped Ginger – 2” piece
  • Big Onion – 01
  • Cooked Rice – 400g
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Leeks / Spring Onion
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • How to cook:

  • Melt butter in a pan and then add mustard seeds.
  • When mustard seeds are popping add ginger garlic paste. This ginger garlic paste is the main ingredient of this recipe.
  • Stir garlic until fragrant and then add onions and curry leaves.
  • After that mix pepper and salt as per your taste.
  • Then add cooked rice and combine well.
  • Finally add chopped leeks and cook around 01 more minute.
