Healthy Garlic Porridge

Garlic porridge is a very healthy recipe that you can have in the morning. Specially in these days you can have this porridge to improve your immune system. Moreover, this garlic porridge is a good home remedy to reduce your bad cholesterol levels.


  • Thick Coconut Milk – 02 cups
  • Garlic Cloves – 20 – 25
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw Rice – 80g
  • How to cook:

  • First blend garlic and raw rice and put them into a pan. It’s better if you can soak raw rice overnight before making the porridge. Then rice cooks very quickly and we can quickly make the porridge.
  • Then add coconut milk and salt as per your taste.
  • Keep the pan on the stove and cook the porridge until it becomes little bit thick consistency under medium heat. Before getting the porridge out of the stove make sure the rice is well cooked.
  • If you want, you can add some sugar and have this porridge. Even without adding sugar this porridge is very tasty.
