Raw Peanuts – 250g
Small Eggs – 02
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Corn Flour – 03-04 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Chili Powder (Optional)
How to cook:
Mix all peanuts with eggs. Before adding eggs into peanuts, it is better if you can beat it a bit.
Transfer these peanuts into a juice filter and keep it aside to get rid of excess egg.
After a while again transfer peanuts into the bowl and then add turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt as per your taste.
Then it needs to add corn flour into this. At this time all peanuts are stuck together with eggs. If you add corn flour into the bowl it’ll be hard for you to separate peanuts. Therefore, get peanuts little by little into a dish and coat all peanuts very well with corn flour.
Finally, we need to deep dry these peanuts until light brown. If you over fry them, they might get a bitter taste.
If you want these peanuts to be spicier you can mix some chili powder at the time of eating.
You can keep this for few days when stored in an air-tight container. Before storing make sure all peanuts are completely cooled down.
