Custard Cookies

Custard Cookies is a great eggless recipe that you can make instead of biscuits. Its crispy, delicious and the best part is these cookies easily melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:For 30 cookies

  • Butter (Room Temperature) – 250g
  • Icing Sugar – 155g
  • All-purpose Flour – 250g
  • Custard Powder – 155g
  • Condensed Milk – 03 tbsp
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Sugar
  • How to cook:

  • Mix butter and icing sugar together until it comes to a nice creamy consistency.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla into this. Instead of condensed milk you can add an egg here.
  • In a different bowl, mix flour and custard powder. Gradually add this flour mixture to into the butter mixture.
  • Cover the dough and keep it in the fridge around 01 hour. Then it will be easy to make nice cookie balls.
  • After that make small golf ball sized balls, roll them on sugar and keep on a baking tray.
  • Finally press the top of these balls with a fork to mark the lines.
  • Bake these cookies around 12-15 mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven.
  • After baking let them cool down on a cooling rack.
