Cream Cheesecake

This delicious super soft cream cheesecake is one of the cream cheesecake recipes that anyone can easily make.

Ingredients:Cake Batter

  • All-purpose Flour – 195g
  • Baking Powder – ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Unsalted Butter (Room Temp.) – 170g
  • Cream Cheese (Room Temp.) – 113g
  • Granulated White Sugar – 275g
  • Vanilla – 1 ¼ tsp
  • Large Eggs – 03
  • Zest of Lemon / Orange (Optional)

Ingredients:Cream Cheese Glaze

  • Cream Cheese (Room Temp.) – 120g
  • Icing Sugar – 65g
  • Whipping Cream – 02 tbsp
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp

How to cook:

  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  • In a big bowl, beat butter until soften.
  • Add cream cheese into the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  • Gradually add sugar and beat under medium speed. It needs to beat this around 5-7 mins until this becomes super soft and pale in color.
  • Then add vanilla and some lemon zest. Adding lemon zest for this cake is optional. If you like that lemon taste you can add some as per your taste.
  • After that, add eggs one at a time.
  • Once eggs are well mixed with the batter gradually add prepared dry ingredients.
  • Finally, transfer the batter in to an 8” sized round baking tray and bake the cake around 35-40 mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven.
  • Meanwhile, we can make the cream cheese glaze. For that beat cream cheese until it becomes super soft.
  • Then add icing sugar.
  • Finally add some vanilla and whipping cream and beat.
  • When the baked cake is completely cool down, spread prepared cream cheese glaze all over the cake and decorate.
