Condensed Milk Chocolate Pudding

This is one of the easiest puddings you can make with a can of condensed milk.


  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – 390g
  • Sugar – 50g
  • Eggs – 03
  • Fresh Milk – ½ cup
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 02 tbsp

How to cook:

  • In a medium sized bowl, beat all the eggs.
  • Pour condensed milk into eggs. Mix remaining milk in the tin with fresh milk and pour it to the same bowl.
  • Add vanilla, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • Once the pudding mixture is ready transfer it to the mold. Make sure you pass it through a milk or juice filter.
  • Cover the mold with an aluminum foil and seal the edges very well.
  • You can either bake this pudding or steam it. If you bake the pudding, bake it around 30-35 mins under 180C. If you steam it, steam around 25-30mins under medium low heat.
  • After baking or steaming, insert a toothpick into the pudding and see. If the toothpick comes out clean the pudding is ready to get out. If not, you need to steam it bit more.
  • Let the pudding cool down completely and then keep in the fridge around 4-5 hours until it sets completely.
