Condensed Milk Chocolate Brownies

This is another easy way of making super rich and fudgy chocolate brownies.


  • Dark Chocolate – 250g
  • Caster Sugar – 300g
  • Large Eggs – 03
  • Condensed Milk – 397g
  • Salted Butter – 200g
  • All-purpose Flour – 150g
  • Cocoa Powder – 02 tbsp
  • Chopped Cashew – 50g
  • Icing Sugar to sprinkle
  • Baking Powder – 01 tsp
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp

How to cook:

  • First melt butter and chocolate in a microwave.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until they become pale in color.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla into this.
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together and gradually add it to the egg mixture.
  • When dry ingredients are well mixed add your prepared chocolate mixture.
  • Finally mix some chopped cashew with the batter and then bake the brownie around 30-35mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven.
  • When the brownie is completely cool down sprinkle some icing sugar on top and decorate.
