Coconut Milk Pudding

This coconut milk pudding is a super easy pudding recipe that you can make with very few easy to find ingredients.


  • Coconut Milk (First Extract) – 750ml
  • Corn Flour – 70g
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – 60g
  • Food Coloring
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • How to cook:

  • Add coconut milk and corn flour into a pan and mix it very well until corn flour dissolves.
  • Then add sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  • Keep this pan on the stove and heat it under medium heat while stirring continuously.
  • When the pudding mixture becomes thick consistency turn off the flame.
  • Pour half of the pudding mixture to your prepared pudding mold.
  • Add few drops of your favorite food coloring into the remaining mixture. Pour this also slowly into the pudding mold.
  • Keep the pudding aside until completely set. It is not necessary to keep the pudding in the fridge. If you want to get it set soon you can store this in the refrigerator.
  • Once the pudding is set get it out of the mold and decorate with some desiccated coconut.
