Chocolate Chunk Butter Cake

Chocolate chunk butter cake loaded with chocolate chunks in each bite is a great partner for your teatime.

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose Flour – 250g
  • Sugar – 250g
  • Butter – 250g
  • Eggs – 04
  • Fresh Milk – ½ cup
  • Baking Powder – 02 tsp
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Chocolate Chunks – 130g
  • How to cook:

  • Beat butter and sugar until it becomes creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • After beating eggs add vanilla.
  • In a different bowl, mix flour with baking powder, sieve it, and gradually add it to the butter mixture.
  • Add fresh milk.
  • Finally add chocolate chunks and combine well with the batter.
  • Bake the cake around 35-40 mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven.
