Healthy and Delicious Chickpea Salad

This chickpea salad is the beast salad for your healthy breakfast.


  • Big Red Onion – ½
  • Boiled Chickpeas – 450g
  • Feta Cheese – 20g
  • Boiled Eggs – 03
  • Baby Cucumbers – 150g
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 10
  • Egg Mayonnaise – 01 tbsp
  • Black Pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive Oil – 01 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 02 tsp

How to cook:

  • Cut red onions, baby cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs into your desired sizes.
  • Put boiled chickpeas into a large bowl and add onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, and feta cheese into it. Give it a good mix until all combine well.
  • To make the salad dressing, put lemon juice and olive oil into a small bowl.
  • Add egg mayonnaise, pepper powder and salt and mix.
  • Finally add this simple salad dressing all over your salad and mix thoroughly.
