Chicken Noodle Soup

This easy homemade chicken noodle soup recipe loaded with vegetables and delicious broth is healthy and tastes amazing.


  • Big Onion – ½
  • Garlic Cloves – 04
  • Butter – 50g
  • Carrots – 02
  • Celery Ribs – 02
  • Boneless Chicken – 250g
  • Chicken Stock – 01 L
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Instant Noodles – 40g
  • Lemon Juice – 01 tsp
  • Spring Onion

How to cook:

  • Chop onions, garlic, carrots, and celery into fine size pieces.
  • Melt butter in a pan and add all the vegetables you cut into it. Cook these vegetables under low heat around 7-8 mins.
  • When vegetables become tender add all chicken pieces into this.
  • Then add chicken stock and bring it to simmer. After that reduce heat to low and cook more around 10-15 mins until chicken cooks fully.
  • When chicken cooks well, get them out and cut into small size pieces and put them back to the soup.
  • Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
  • Add instant noodles. If noodles absorb lots of liquid in your soup add more water or chicken stock if you have any. It doesn’t need to cook noodles until perfection. It’ll cook more while soup is cooling.
  • Finally add some lemon juice and get it out of the stove.
  • To make the look better you can add some spring onions on top.
