Chicken Liver Stir Fry

Chicken liver stir fry is a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken livers stir-fried with onions. This versatile and nutritious meal offers a delicious way to enjoy organ meats while providing a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Liver – 500g
  • Mustard Paste – 01 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 01 tsp
  • Ginger Powder – ½ tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala – ½ tsp
  • Coconut / Vegetable Oil – 04 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves – 02 springs
  • Chopped Green Chilies – 02
  • Sliced Onion – 01 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 01 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  • Cloves – 02
  • Cinnamon Pods - 02

How to cook:

  • Wash chicken liver and put them into a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander leaves, ginger powder, cinnamon, garam masala, mustard paste into chicken liver and mix them all well. Let it marinate around 20-30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, green chilies, and curry leaves.
  • Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • After that add marinated chicken liver and cook around 02 mins under high heat.
  • Then, reduce the heat to medium and cook around 10-15 mins until chicken liver cooks fully.
