Chocolate Marshmallow

Chocolate marshmallows are delectable treats that combine the rich, indulgent flavor of chocolate with the soft, fluffy sweetness of marshmallows. These delightful confections are often enjoyed on their own, or as a topping for hot cocoa, adding a delightful and irresistible combination of textures and flavors to any sweet craving.


  • Gelatin – 30g
  • Sugar – 250g
  • Lukewarm Water – 100ml
  • Normal Water – 150ml
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate – 100g
  • Corn Flour

How to cook:

  • Dissolve gelatin in lukewarm water. Set this aside until gelatin becomes active.
  • In a pan, heat sugar and water. It needs to heat this until string consistency.
  • When the sugar syrup is ready, turn off the flame and add prepared gelatin into this.
  • Pour sugar syrup into a bowl and let this cool down around 6-7 mins.
  • After cooling down, first it needs to beat the mixture at low speed.
  • After few minutes of beating, the mixture becomes white and thick.
  • At this time set the speed to maximum and beat around 7-8 mins more.
  • Then combine melted chocolate into this.
  • After that quickly transfer the marshmallow mixture into a greased pan and let it set around one hour.
  • When the marshmallow is set, spread corn flour all over it. Put some corn flour on your knife as well. Then you can easily cut it without marshmallow sticking on your knife.
  • Before storing, make sure you roll each marshmallow piece on corn flour. Otherwise, they all might stick together in your container.
